This is an open session to attract new players to the game of lacrosse. Come and join our coaches for a fun filled, education evening with a game rooted in tradition and community. Bring your kids and bring a friend!

New to lacrosse? Wondering if you should play this season?

We are excited to host another Try Lacrosse session for co-ed players of all ages at the Tantallon Sr Elementary School gym ahead of the 2024 season.

Sticks will be provided for those who don't one and the only equipment required is a pair of sneakers. Please note that there will be limited set of goalie equipment for those who want to try the position. This applies to both new and current players (non goaltenders) who think they may want to play in net this season.

We welcome all co-ed players to come and learn more about the game from our coaching staff in a fun and inclusive environment.
